COOKING CLASSES

Whether you are looking for a relaxed demonstration style class or a hands-on culinary learning experience we have a class for you.  All of our classes finish at the table for a three-course meal matched with New Zealand wines. We will be updating our cooking classes regularly, please sign up to our email list for monthly updates about up and coming classes, or get in touch if you would like to book a private class.

Join our chefs as they explain the taste and textures that define Malaysian food. You will then have an opportunity to cook the dishes yourself before being seated at the table to dine on the fantastic feast you have made. Start the day with the perfect guacamole with handmade corn chips. Then let our chef show you how to make traditional tortillas from scratch, whip up some handy fresh salsas, an inspirational bean mix, and plenty more Mexican-inspired dishes. Learn the secrets behind perfect gnocchi. Once you master the art it is so easy to do at home. We will demonstrate how to make the perfect dough, which ingredients to use and where to find them. Then roll up your sleeves and make your own gnocchi under the watchful eye of our chefs. End the evening at the table with dinner and a glass of Italian wine.

We are lucky to be situated directly above the Mediterranean Food Company which has been the inspiration for this class.
