COOKING CLASSES

Our classes generally include some demonstration and some hands-on sections, they are taken by authentic chefs that will not only show you how to make delicious dishes but also how food is prepared cooked and eaten in their home town. The classes include a three-course meal with wine. We will be updating our cooking classes regularly, and they will cover a variety of cuisines.

SRI LANKAN | Hands-On

GNOCCHI | Hands-on

Monday 19th October

Our Italian chefs will show you how to prepare gnocchi from scratch. Learn about the gnocchi dough, and how to roll it. You will also learn about the classic Italian sauces that accompany fresh gnocchi. Simple food, so delicious. Once the hard work has been done, you will move to the dining room to enjoy the gnocchi you have created along with a glass of Italian wine. The class includes three classic Italian dishes along with all the tips and tricks you need to re create them at home.

In this class our chef will focus on traditional dried pasta. Begin the evening learning to make zeppoline before rolling up your slevees and creating classic pasta shapes with the pasta dough. All topped off with a lemoncello tiramasu, delicious! A glass of Italian wine is included to make sure the experience is complete.

Each Italian region has its own special cuisine. This class focusses on Scicillian dishes, including pasta and special Scicillain style sauces. Enjoy lerning about the region and the food they grow. While travel is difficult, enjoy being transported to Italy through food, stories and wine.
