COOKING CLASSES

Unless otherwise indicated, our classes start with a demonstration at the main bench followed by a chance to create some of the dishes yourself.   All of our classes finish at the table for a three-course meal matched with New Zealand wines. We will be updating our cooking classes regularly, please sign up to our email list for seasonal updates about up and coming classes, or get in touch if you would like to book a private class (minimum of 12).

This hands on class will give you an opportunity to cook authentic dishes you would find in food outlets in Hong Kong. The flavours and colours are intense. Spend some time learning the tips and tricks to make the most of asian style ingredients. How and where to shop and what to look for. You will then have an opportunity to cook some dishes yourself under the watchful eye of our chefs. Round off the class around our dining table with a variety of dishes and a glass of wine.

There are a number of countries surrounding the Mediterraean Sea, all of which have their own unique culinary flavours. We are lucky to be situated directly above the Mediterranean Food Company which has been the inspiration for this class. In this class the focus will be on the unique flavours and styles that are used to create simple mediterranean dishes, some you will watch and others you will make yourself. At the end of the class sit down and relax with a glass of wine and a mediterranean feast you have created.
